That said, here are a few options/tips for you to try if you are experiencing any difficulties:
Your mobile device may not allow for downloading files through a link. Try switching to a laptop or desktop computer.
When you download the file, it will likely go into your Downloads folder, or wherever you have directed downloads to end up.
Some products will be sent as a compressed .zip file and will need to be extracted. Some programs/apps for this allow you to then select where the file will end up.
All files will be delivered in a PDF format (with the exception of Wall Art which will be delivered in JPEG format). You may need to get a PDF reader so that you can view/print them. If you need a PDF reader, you can get one for free here.
